Steve Whelan

Steve Whelan is an American actor and producer. Steve grew up in Northeast Ohio and Connecticut, later earning a BA in Theatre at Indiana University . He started acting professionally in Philadelphia before relocating to Los Angeles in 1996. Steve has worked in an array of cinematic formats including film and television, commercials, web-series', and voice-overs. He is also an accomplished production sound artist, a veteran voice-over artist, and an experienced producer. Steve Co-Founded Relentless Filmworks in 2008, a boutique production company, dedicated to creating exciting original content. Recently Steve line produced and acted in the highly acclaimed Silent Thunder, starring Ted McGinley directed by Isaac Mederios. Steve and his producing partner Cody Blue just completed the horror trilogy VEIL OF DARKNESS. Steve is represented by Lori Brevig at NBS Entertainment and managed by David Rosenblatt of Rosenblatt Management. Steve hosts a Grateful Dead radio show called Primal Dead every Sunday night on KPFK 90.7FM Los Angeles.
